What is included in maintenance cleaning?
The whole house
✅ We dust and wash all furniture surfaces up to 1.8 m high
✅ We wash wall lamps and other interior items up to 1.8 m high
✅ We wipe sockets, switches, radiators (only from the outside)
✅ We wash mirrors
✅ We change bed linen (one large set and one children's)
✅ We vacuum floors, carpets and floor coverings (with the customer's vacuum cleaner)*

✅ We wipe interior door handles

✅ We wash kitchen work surfaces

✅ We wash and arrange dishes (up to 15 minutes)

What is the difference between maintenance and general cleaning?

Maintenance cleaning- this is a regular cleaning of the premises, which is carried out in order to maintain its cleanliness and order. Typically, maintenance cleaning is carried out several times a week or even daily, depending on the needs and requirements of the customer. In the process of maintenance cleaning, surface cleaning of floors, walls, furniture and other surfaces is carried out, as well as garbage and waste removal. Thus, the main difference between general and maintenance cleaning is that general cleaning is carried out less often, but more thoroughly, and maintenance cleaning carried out more often, but in a more superficial mode.

Why do you need dry cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture?
Dry cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture is essential to keep your space and interior clean and tidy. This type of washing helps to eliminate dirt, dust, bacteria and other household contaminants that can lead to illness. What detergents do you use?
When providing cleaning services, we use only proven, professional cleaning products for each individual room. That is why our team is confident in a good cleaning result.
We clean the bathroom with Acidofix-gel, this product is specially designed for cleaning sanitary facilities. Depending on the concentration, it copes with both persistent urinary stone in the toilet bowl and light soapy deposits on the sink, bathtub, tile or other places.
Kitchen: For the removal of fat and protein stains in the kitchen, our clinkers use Grasset-plus. This product contains only components approved for use in the kitchen. For more stubborn dirt after cooking, we use Xon-Forte, Attila
In living rooms and corridors we work with Econa-conzentrat, this agent effectively removes dirt from all types of waterproof surfaces.
Also, when cleaning, we use such cleaners as Keradet-Aktiv, Milizid, Raumerfrischer FRESHORANGE.
What inventory should be provided?
When ordering maintenance cleaning, the customerTomust provide a vacuum cleaner, trash can, scoop (or use an additional service and rent a vacuum cleaner from CleaningOk). All other inventoryband detergents, CleaningOk will bring with them. When ordering a general cleaning, all the necessary equipment, including professionaleequipment and all necessary chemicals will be brought by CleaningOk.
